In the event you are asked to upload documents through the registration process, please follow the instructions on your screen.
If any additional documents are required after your registration has been completed, you will be notified through one of the registered contact methods on your account. In such instances you may have to send out the documents via email to email@example.com.
Please make sure that if you are requested to upload an identification document during the registration process, you will upload one of the following document types:
- ID card
- Driver’s License

Bear in mind that all four corners of the document, regardless of the type, should visible. The image should be clear and readable and not edited through additional software. All provided document should be valid.
Please remember that documents must be sent via email to the firstname.lastname@example.org email address only in the event you are required to provide us with additional information after the registration process has been completed.
For your convenience the verification of your identity is part of the registration process and in very rare occasions you may be asked to send additional documents for authentication.
