If you’ve recently got a new card that has the exact same 16-digit card number as your old card and you need to update the expiry date, please get in touch with us stating the last 4 digits of the card and the correct expiry date and we will gladly update it for you! In some cases, you might receive a new card with a new card number. If this happens, you should first add this card to your account in the "Deposit" menu if you want to continue making deposits with it.
